The event will take place in person in Saint Petersburg.

Awarding the winners of the VII Annual Competition of University Projects in the field of internationalization of higher education in Russia and the CIS. The Gala Ceremony includes a welcome cocktail and dinner.

Consultations for conference participants are preliminary prescheduled and help as an informal conversation. Participation is free.
10.00-17.00 Cultural program
Visiting the Hermitage, Palace Square, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Yusupov Palace or other attractions. The duration, route, and content of the program may vary depending on weather conditions. Participants organize their lunch on their own (these costs can be included in the contract if desired).
We will make a stop at one of the cafés in the city center where the participants will be able to have lunch.
17:00 – 21:00 Theatre
Optionally, you can visit one of the famous theaters of St. Petersburg. The ticket price depends on the theater, the performance, and the seat in the hall. The ticket is purchased by the participant separately. Theater and performance will be offered in advance. We will help everyone who wants to visit the theater and organize a group tour. Participants purchase tickets on their own (these costs can be included in the contract if desired). Transfer to and from the theater is not provided.
Dinner is organized by the participants themselves (can be also included in the contract).
