Responsibilities: Different activities supporting the everyday working life of the IUNC events (primarily in the US):
► communication with registered participants of the conferences including:
- direct communication (emails, calls)
- paperwork
- customer support
► event management tasks
► other related activities (including event arrangements onsite)
Requirements:
- English (intermediate level or upper, ORAL + WRITTEN) - a MUST
- Accuracy & Thoroughness & Diligence - a MUST
- Self-motivation - a MUST
- Excellent internet-user & gadget-user skills
- Knowledge of business correspondence & business etiquette, politeness, international comity
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Result-orientation
- Native Russian-speaker
Conditions: - This is a VOLUNTEER job with a salary of USD 500 per month
