The IUNC MEA 2024 will take place in bright, vibrant, and picturesque Istanbul. For 3 days, you will be completely immersed in partnership development, networking, and learning from peers. As a participant, you will meet colleagues and partners from around the world, learn about the best international practices, take part in open discussions, conduct one-to-one meetings, and get new ideas, and technologies.
The IUNC MEA 2024 conference activities enable participants to build partnerships and engage in meaningful dialogue.

Agenda

You will have a chance to visit Istanbul—one of the oldest cities in the world, to admire the picturesque Bosporus, observe the Sea of Marmara and even visit Europe and Asia at the same time. The business program of the conference offers to discuss current issues of international cooperation, to meet potential partners from all around the world and to get inspired with new ideas.

Tuesday, 13-th of February
Arrival day

  • Participants arrive to Istanbul and have the check-in in the hotel. The accommodation provided to participants, who have chosen a “Full package” (Participation+ Accommodation)

Wednesday, 14-th of February
Working hours: 09.00-17.00

Friday, 16-th of February
Working hours: 09.00-14.00, participation is optional

Campus tour to the Istanbul University / City excursion, sightseeing

  • Lunch is organized by participants individually

Arrival day

Check in at the hotel 14.00
Participants organize the airport-hotel transfers and get to the hotel independently.

Accommodation is included in a “Full package” (Participation+ Accommodation).
Participants, who has chosen a “Basic package” (Participation Only) organize their accommodation in Istanbul independently.

Meals are included in all packages and are provided starting from 14.02.2023 (Wednesday) according to the program. For a description, check REGISTRATION section.
